TK Canal Three Key Group México

What we do

Content that sells,
not content that posts

Four services. Each one ends in a number you can put in front of a finance director.

Home  /  What we do

We are not a production house that happens to post, and not a media buyer that happens to film. We hold the studios, the creators and the storefront, which is the only reason we can be paid on performance.

Creator seeding

Siembra con creadores

Five to ten creators, product videos in their own voice, scripts and usage rights included, with a report that reads through to cost per order rather than stopping at views.

Dedicated live selling

Transmisión de marca

A session built for your brand, hosted from our studios with product in hand, a checkout link on screen and a sales commission that aligns us with the result.

Brand account management

Gestión de cuentas

Your TikTok, Facebook and Instagram in Mexico, run month to month: planning, shooting, publishing, paid promotion and a monthly operating report.

B2B industrial content

Contenido industrial

For manufacturers, machinery and logistics firms. Plant footage, product explainers and lead capture, built for a sales cycle measured in months rather than minutes.

Market-entry strategy

Estrategia de entrada

For Chinese and Korean brands arriving in Mexico: channel choice, price positioning and a content plan, delivered as a project rather than a retainer.

Studio hire

Renta de estudio

Ten studios in Monterrey with lighting, sound and a control room. Available by the hour or the month when your own team wants to shoot here.

What you get back

Every engagement ends in the same six things

01
The files
Raw and edited footage, delivered to you with usage rights. What we shoot for you is yours, including after the engagement ends.
02
The numbers that matter
Views and watch time, yes — but also click-through, units, average order value and cost per order. A report that stops at impressions is a report that is hiding something.
03
The audience read
Which creator, which angle, which price point moved product. This is the part that is worth more than the campaign.
04
A Spanish that sounds Mexican
Scripts written here, not translated. The difference is invisible to head office and obvious to the buyer.
05
One point of contact
In Chinese, Korean, Spanish or English. Your head office talks to the person running the campaign, not to a translation chain.
06
An invoice that is valid here
CFDI 4.0 under a Mexican RFC, correctly classed as advertising services or commission depending on what you bought.

Two contracts, because the money behaves differently

Marketing services are billed monthly or per campaign and are earned whether or not the product sells. Sales commission is earned on what closes and is invoiced as comisión. We usually run both: the base covers the production so the work gets made properly, and the share is what makes us care about the result. Your accountant will want them separated, so we separate them from day one.
